Summer Fun: Swinging, splashing, first cookie and new friends!

Isaac’s been a busy man these last few weeks. He had his first cookie (well, it was a teething biscuit, but still. It’s kind of like a cookie, right?). He met a new friend named Elijah, and had a great time on July 4th splashing in the pool like the big kids! We also (finally) hung his swing in the breezeway, so now we can enjoy a little sun-free outdoor time, especially on beautiful days like the past week has given us.
All in all it’s shaping up to be an amazing summer of new experiences!

Have you started thinking about how you’ll handle giving Isaac up to his girlfriends? If not, you better start soon, because he is turning into a handsome devil and there will be no way to stop the women from tackling him. I’m not kidding – once these kids get mobile, those young girls will be drooling and crawling after Isaac with no shame! (… In retrospect, that is kinda scarey and sounds like a new sort of zombie-kid movie…)
